Polyether Ether KetoneVICTREX® PEEK & SUMIPLOY® CK4600
PEEK is a heat-resistant thermoplastic with excellent mechanical characteristics. It also has excellent fatigue, impact, and creep resistance. The Meldin® 7000 series is a wholly aromatic polyimide that features excellent heat resistance and maintains superior mechanical strength in hot or cold temperatures. Polyether SulfonePES
Sumika Excel PES is a transparent, amorphous polymer that is amber in color. It offers the highest level of heat resistance among transparent plastics, and features excellent practical and mechanical characteristics. It is also one of the top thermoplastics, with a flexural modulus in the range of 100 to 150℃ and creep resistance of up to 180℃. PES
Wholly Aromatic PolyesterSUMIKASUPER® S1000
The Sumika Super S1000 series is a wholly aromatic polyester that boasts excellent heat resistance. It does not melt or become deformed even at 400℃, and has a continuous service temperature of 260℃. PTFE special CompoundSUMIKASUPER® S300
Sumika Super S300 is an engineering plastic with excellent sliding performance that combines PTFE with Sumika Super E101, a wholly aromatic polyester.
