Create 3D data and model from medical (DICOM) data

2D continuous slice image data taken by CT or MRI is output in DICOM file format.
This DICOM file cannot be directly used as 3D CAD data.
The DICOM files is converted into 3D data by applying a variety of softwares.
Then, the converted data are to be corrected as they are neither be output to as 3D data

Extracting and editing data on a brain

Extracting data on brain involves difficulties, due to different threshold values the upper and lower parts and membranes being attached, hence, data, when used as 3D data, requires various correction processes.

Extracting and editing data of blood vessel

Extracting all necessary 3D data of blood vessel in a single process also involves a high level of difficulties, due to different threshold values in the upper and lower parts as it is with brain. Data are collected little by little by controlling values to be extracted.
