Parts for the medical devices

Precision parts are manufactured, with material appropriate for the requirements involving a variety of the application conditions of medical devices and tools and environments, including heat resistance for sterilisation, chemical resustance subject to application sites and specific strength.

R & D as well as production of mainly small lot products has been conducted, subject to the requests from medical practitioners and medican device/tool manufacturers.

Example 1Cordless electric screw driver for neurosurgery

Medical devices/tools are manufactured under the combinatios of various manufacturing processes, for the purpose of small quantity productions.

Sterilization container

A scope is scanned, and a case matching the sape is formed, due to unavailability of sterilisation container that matched the shape of a camera scope.
