Established "Yasojima Seisakusho", mainly manufactured and sold electrical insulation material in Osaka City, Osaka.
September
1949
Established Yasojima Denki Seisakusho Co., Ltd.
February
1962
Changed the company name to "Yasojima Denzai Kogyo Co., Ltd."
April
1983
Expanded factory dedicated for NC within Osaka Factory.
May
1986
Held 50th anniversary ceremony. Changed company name to "Yasojima Proceed Co., Ltd."

1987
Opened Tokyo Branch in Minato-ku, Tokyo consolidated with Chiba Sales Office.
January
1988
Contracted as a sole distributor of Super Engineering Plastic (intermediate material) of Sumitomo Chemical Industry Co., Ltd.

1990
Joint venture with Kirin Techno System Co., Ltd. and established "Techseed Co., Ltd."

Opened Osaka Branch in Joto-ku, Osaka City, Osaka.

Established Kyushu Factory, our first factory for mass production, in Higashi Kunisaki-gun (present Kunisaki City), Oita.

Kyushu Factory acquired ISO9002 Certification (JQA-QM4502).

Shifted to ISO9001-2000 Edition and expanded.

Opened Shiga Branch & Shiga Factory in Koga-gun (present Koka City), Shiga.

Opened Tokyo Head Office in Minato-ku, Tokyo which consists of Sales Department transferred from HQ (Osaka City) and relocated Tokyo Branch.

Opened Sendai Branch & Sendai Factory focused on ultra-microfabrication at Sendai City area (Tomiya City, Miyagi).

Medical Equipment Specialist Team Opened NextMED R&D Office on Kobe Port Island in Kobe City, Hyogo.

Headquarter, Sendai Factory, and NextMED R&D Office acquired ISO13485 Certification (QMS25305)

Open Management Center at Amagasaki City, Hyogo Pref. Transferred HQ function of Chairman Office and Management Department (Administration G, Accounting G)
